Our Fulfillment Policy

Slices.Design delivers web and graphic design services within a timeline that is dependent upon project scope. Typical projects range from 6-8 weeks from initiation to completion. Specific timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during the project kickoff.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee

• After work has begun: No refunds are provided

We do not provide refunds once project work has started. This policy ensures we can commit our resources fully to your project without interruption.

Payment

We require a 50% deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Additional services beyond the original scope will require separate approval and payment.
